The other night, I made some Baked Potato Soup from one of my favorite crock pot blogs - 365 Days of Slow Cooking. It doesn't look like much - but with a helping of Dairy-free Cheddar Cheese, some Fakin' Bac'n Bits, and a dollap of Dairy-free Sour Cream it was delish! The only thing better would have been some chives and green onions to sprinkle on top. :-D
According to the family - this one is a keeper!
PS: I also used plain almond milk and Gluten-free flour :)
